Return and Exchange

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At Rockstar Jackets, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products and ensuring your complete satisfaction. We understand that there may be instances when you need to return, exchange, or request a refund for your purchase. To make this process clear and convenient for you, we have established the following return and exchange policies. Before making any claims for return, exchange, or refund, please carefully read, understand, and agree to these policies.

Exchange

Within one week after the delivery of your order, please contact our customer support team at wecare@rockstarjackets.com to initiate an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, one or more of the following conditions must be met:

  • The delivered product is of the wrong size.
  • The delivered product is damaged.
  • The delivered product is different from what you originally ordered.

If the mistake in your order occurred on your end, you may be responsible for covering the delivery charges. However, we also offer the option of alterations, where we will fix the delivered product and return it to you. For more information on alterations, please reach out to our customer support team.

Return

We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that you never need to use our “return policy.” However, if there is a situation that necessitates a return, please ensure that at least one of the following conditions is met:

  • The delivered product is damaged.
  • The delivered product does not match the one you ordered.

For refunds, only the cost of the product will be refunded. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. You have up to 7 days from the date of receiving your order to claim a refund. Additionally, please ensure that the product has its tags still attached.

Please only accept your order if the packaging is unopened to be eligible for a return.

The Refund Policy Applies when:

  • There will be no alteration of the products by the buyer.
  • There will be no tags removal by the buyer.
  • If the product is in good shape, unused, and in the original form shipped to you by us.
  • If the complaint about the product is done by our end, then we will make either a refund or exchange as per your satisfaction.

The Refund Policy Doesn't apply when:

  • There will be no return/exchange for ordering more than one comparable item, yet unique size. Individuals misuse it.
  • Customized items and Custom Orders are not refundable and exchangeable.
  • In case of a return, the shipping cost will be paid by the purchaser, and they are also liable to pay the earlier postage cost that was paid by us because we offer free shipping to our customers but it is not free to us.
  • No item will be engaged for Return, Refund, or Exchange if the labels were removed from the product.
  • All returns, refunds, or exchanges made after 48 hours of receiving the item won’t be acceptable.

Procedure to Claim Exchange or Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at wecare@rockstarjackets.com with your issue.
  2. Our team will analyze your issue and respond within 48 hours.
  3. If your claim is accepted, we will provide you with the warehouse address to ship the item back to us.

Directly before sending your product, our responsible product inspector will review your product; color, sizing, stitching. Still, if you have any questions, please email us at the provided email address and highlight the issues you are experiencing with the product.
